UK REACH Returns with Another Consultation
On 14 July 2025, the UK Government launched a public consultation on extending UK REACH registration deadlines, citing delays in implementing the ATRm. Four options are under review, with Option 1 (Oct 2029–2031) preferred. The consultation also proposes aligning compliance check deadlines.
